Adrien is responsible for financial planning and analysis at Power Sustainable. Adrien brings over 10 years' experience in financial expertise to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes at Devoteam, Grant Thornton, Tiller Systems and SumUp in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to joining Power Sustainable, he was responsible for the integration, harmonization and implementation of operational and financial tools, and also contributed to the launch of SumUp's new POS activity in Europe. In addition to a bachelor's degree in Finance, Adrien holds a master's degree in Auditing and Accounting from the Paris School of Business.

Alexandre Vachon provides Power Sustainable with extensive financial and transactional experience based on prior positions held in private equity and corporate mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Power Sustainable, he was a member of the mergers & acquisitions group at Bombardier where he was involved in key strategic projects related to the company’s transformation plan including multiple divestitures and strategic partnership initiatives. Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.

André Desmarais is Deputy Chairman of Power Corporation, a position he has held since 1996. He previously served as President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Power Corporation from 1996 until his retirement in February 2020. At Power Financial, he was also Executive Co-Chairman from 2015 until 2020, Co-Chairman from 2008 to 2015 and Deputy Chairman from 1996 to 2008. Prior to joining Power Corporation in 1983, he was Special Assistant to the Minister of Justice of Canada and an institutional investment counsellor at Richardson Greenshields Securities Ltd. He is a director of many Power Corporation group companies, including Power Financial, Great-West Lifeco, Canada Life, Empower, Putnam Investments, IGM Financial, IG Wealth Management, Mackenzie and Power Sustainable Capital. He was a director and Vice-Chairman of Pargesa in Europe until November 2020, when Pargesa’s reorganization was completed. He was also a director of Bellus Health Inc. until 2009 and of CITIC Pacific Limited in Asia until 2014. Over the years, cultural, health, and other not-for-profit organizations have benefitted from his commitment, involvement, and dedication. He has played key roles in a number of fundraising campaigns, including those of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Montreal Heart Institute, the Montreal General Hospital, Leucan, the Canadian Red Cross, the Canadian Cancer Society, Centraide of Greater Montreal and the Jean Paul Riopelle Foundation. He is Chairman of the Fondation Baxter & Alma Ricard, a member of the Chairman’s International Advisory Council of the Americas Society, Honorary Chairman of the Canada China Business Council, and a member of the Trilateral Commission and several China-based organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and received honorary doctorates from Concordia University, Université de Montréal and McGill University. In 2003, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada and, in 2009, an Officer of the National Order of Québec.

He started his career in investment banking at Origin Merchant Partners, where he helped execute mergers and acquisitions, financings, strategic alternative reviews, and fairness opinions across various industries. Ben Shenwick is a vice president and founding member of the Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit team based out of Miami. Ben has 7 years of experience originating, analyzing, structuring and investing in infrastructure private credit across the capital structure. Prior to joining PS, Ben was a senior associate on the investment team at I Squared Capital within the Global Credit Group. Ben started his career at Deutsche Bank where he was an Associate on the Infrastructure & Energy Principal Lending desk, focused on special situations. He has also spent time working on DB’s European Direct Lending desk focused on middle market lending. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics (with honors) from the University of Chicago.

Claude Généreux has been Executive Vice-President of Power Corporation since 2015. He was Executive Vice-President of Power Financial from 2015 to 2020. He is a Director of Great-West Lifeco, Canada Life, Empower, Putnam Investments, IGM Financial, IG Wealth Management, Mackenzie and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. He is Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. During his 28 years with the firm, he focused on serving leading global companies in the Financial Services, Energy and Resources sectors. He has held various leadership positions including Global Sector Leadership in energy, Office Leadership in Montréal, Global Personnel Committees for partner election and evaluation, and Global Recruiting for Advanced University Degrees candidates. Claude Généreux helped launch McKinsey’s office in Montréal in 1991 and was also posted in its Paris, Toronto and Stockholm offices. He serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors at McGill University and is a Board member of the Jeanne Sauvé Foundation, the Loran Scholars Foundation and the Rhodes Scholarships in Canada. He has received the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal for outstanding and exemplary contributions to his community. He graduated from McGill University and Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.

Craig Hanna is a Partner of Power Sustainable Lios. Craig brings over 15 years of investing, advisory, and operating experience to the firm, primarily within the food industry. His experience spans the food value-chain from regenerative and organic agriculture, specialty ingredients, food manufacturing, branded and private label CPG, brokerage/distribution, through to retail. Prior to Power Sustainable Lios, Craig founded and led Clearview Advisory, an agri-food focused mid-market advisory firm. In the 5 years since founding Clearview, Craig has served as a trusted advisor to privately-owned food businesses and private equity clients on matters of strategy, M&A, due diligence, and post-merger integration. Craig also held interim executive roles as CFO, VP Sales, and in general management at various food company clients. Prior to Clearview, Craig was a member of the senior leadership team for 5 years at SunOpta, a $1.5Bn global leader in plant-based foods and organic ingredients. During this tenure at SunOpta, he led Corporate Development, Strategy, and FP&A across North America and Europe. Craig led investments, integrations, and divestitures across multiple ingredient and food categories. In 2016, he was recognized as a Canadian Dealmaker of the Year by Lexpert, Deloitte, The Globe and Mail, and Thomson Reuters. Craig began his career in the Corporate Finance practice at PwC where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising in the mid-market across a range of sectors, including agri-food. He actively supports the next generation of food and beverage entrepreneurs in Canada. He has been a mentor at the District Ventures CPG Accelerator since 2014, before joining the boards of District Venture Accelerator and District Ventures Kitchen non-profits in 2020. Daniel Fein is a Principal on the PSIC investment team. Daniel has 15 years of relevant infrastructure experience across private equity and private debt investing, investment banking, debt capital markets and financial advisory services. Prior to joining Power Sustainable, Daniel was the sector head of I Squared Capital’s North America Power & Renewables and Utilities private equity vertical and was responsible for relevant investment strategy, investment execution, and asset management initiatives across the firm’s private equity business. During his time at ISQ, Daniel evaluated and executed numerous transactions across multiple sectors: power & renewables, utilities, energy transition, transportation, and digital infrastructure. Prior to joining ISQ, Daniel was a Vice President within Goldman Sachs’ Natural Resources Investment Banking Division, where he was responsible for M&A execution, debt and equity financings, and other financial advisory mandates across the power & renewables, utilities, midstream energy, and other infrastructure sectors. Daniel started his professional career with Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s fixed income group. Daniel earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated in the top 1% of his class and received the Robert H. Montgomery Prize in Accounting, and he earned his BA from Cornell University where he graduated with Honors.

Delia Cristea joined Power Sustainable at its inception in 2019. She oversees the firm’s legal, compliance and culture functions. She is also responsible for deepening the firm’s community impact and ecosystem building activities in the sustainable finance space. Prior to Power Sustainable, Delia worked as counsel for Power Corporation of Canada, where she most recently served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to that, she was Associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP in the Montreal and Toronto offices and served as in-house counsel with BCE Inc. Delia graduated with a gold medal from McGill Faculty of Law and holds a license in law and a Masters in European law from Sorbonne University in Paris. She also chairs the board and the governance committee of Lawyers without Borders Canada. She is passionate about supporting the growth of the sustainability ecosystem both in Canada and abroad. As such acts as board member or advisor to a number of organizations in this space, including Cycle Momentum, the McGill Sustainable Growth Initiative and the Green Finance Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce

Mr. Le Vasseur joined the Power group of companies in 1992 and currently serves as Vice-President and Controller of Power Corporation and of Power Financial. He began his career in 1982 with Touche Ross, a predecessor firm of Deloitte, specializing in the audit of large holding companies. He also worked on various consulting assignments in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Le Vasseur earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an MBA from McGill University, and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985. In 2020, Mr. Le Vasseur received the prestigious title of Fellow from the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec (FCPA). This title formally recognizes those members whose achievements in their careers or in the community have earned them distinction and brought honor to the profession. He serves on the board of directors of the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation, an organization that helps teenagers living with cancer regain their self-esteem and sense of pride through wilderness adventure therapy.

Dominic Grimard has been Chief Financial Officer of Power Sustainable since 2022. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of finance at the firm and oversees corporate finance, taxation, treasury, corporate and fund accounting. Before joining Power Sustainable, Dominic was Senior Vice President, Finance at Fiera Capital, a global asset management firm, where he was responsible for all financial matters related to the public markets investment side of the firm. Prior to his time at Fiera, Dominic spent several years at KPMG in audit and advisory roles, serving clients across multiple industries, working from both the Montreal and Paris offices of KPMG. Dominic is a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Executive Institute of Canada, a community of senior financial executives. Dominic graduated from HEC Montreal with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. He later obtained a Graduate diploma in Accounting and he is Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CA).

Gavin Menzies has been at Power Sustainable as Chief of Staff for the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since November 2021. He has many years of experience in politics. Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Tour at the Prime Minister’s Office and was responsible for the Prime Minister’s official visits, both nationally and internationally. In addition to his previous position, he worked for two former Prime Ministers as well as three former leaders of the Liberal Party of Canada. Preceding his career in politics, he was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces as an Air Navigator and as an aide-de-camp to two former Governors General of Canada. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.

Mr. Chrispin brings significant asset management experience in senior leadership positions, as he held leadership roles and headed portfolio management teams in various financial institutions. Gregory Chrispin previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance at the Desjardins Group. He currently serves on the board of Addenda Capital and Public Service Pension Investment (PSP Investment) Board. Active in the investment industry and the community, he serves on different committees with various organizations. He is a member of the governance committee of the YMCAs of Québec’s Alternative Suspension Social Impact Bond (SIB). Mr. Chrispin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (Actuarial Science) from Université de Montréal, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an Institute Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).

Yuhong Liu (Henry) acts as key strategist on Power Sustainable’s platform in China, with the focus on development in Asia. Yuhong (Henry) joined Power Corporation in 1995, and has since held various positions, including as Vice-President since 2011 and most recently as Financial Analyst and Director of Asian Affairs. Prior to that, Yuhong (Henry) worked with China CITIC Group in Beijing. Yuhong (Henry) holds a Bachelor of Arts from Nanjing, China, an MBA from McGill University, and is a CFA charterholder. He serves as a member of the board of governors for the Jiu Ding Scholarship Program dedicated to Chinese students studying in Québec. He is also actively involved in supporting the development of cultural programs to promote local Chinese communities in Canada.

Jackie is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States of America and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Along with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, he also holds a Master of Finance degree from Queen’s University Smith School of Business.

Jacques Parisien spent his career in senior management roles for a number of Canadian media companies. He retired from Bell Media after managing Astral Media up to its sale to Bell. Since then he has been acting as a member of the board for numerous public and private Canadian companies. His fields of interest are audit, governance, and strategic development. Throughout his career he has actively supported cultural and social organizations. He acted as chair of Tourisme Montreal, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Pointe-à-Callière Museum and the Montreal Board of Trade. A law graduate from McGill University, he is a member of the Quebec Bar.

James Rickert is a Partner of Power Sustainable Lios. He has over 15 years of transaction and asset management experience, with a deep track record in M&A, capital raising, and corporate governance. He spent 10 years at Brookfield Asset Management as a member of its infrastructure group, most recently as Managing Partner and head of strategic initiatives and chief legal officer. During his time at Brookfield, James played central roles in investments across various infrastructure sectors, including transportation, energy, utilities, and data infrastructure. He co-led infrastructure co-investment initiatives, working with some of Brookfield’s largest institutional partners on its most significant transactions. In total, James was directly involved in over US$30 billion of transaction activity during a time when Brookfield Infrastructure’s assets under management grew to exceed US$90B. He began his career at Goodmans LLP, where he maintained a corporate practice focused on M&A, private equity, and capital markets transactions. Prior to Power Sustainable Lios, he joined Hakluyt & Company, a global strategic advisory firm, to help expand its presence in Canada. James’ community involvement includes serving as an advisor to NEXT Canada, as a member of the Fundraising Cabinet for the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, and as a member of the inaugural board of directors of the Toronto Foundation for Youth Involvement in Politics.

Prior to joining Power Sustainable, Jenna, a member of the Quebec Bar, worked at Norton Rose Fulbright, a leading global law firm, where she dealt with all aspects of corporate and business law, with a focus on private M&A and capital market transactions. Jenna graduated from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Jenna also holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology.

Jim Moore joined Power Sustainable in 2023, bringing over 40 years of experience in the energy sector, including as the CEO of three Independent Power Producers ("IPP"). Most recently, as CEO of Atlantic Power from 2015-2023, he lead that organization's turnaround from distressed public company to a successful sale to a private equity buyer. Previously, he was the Chairman of Energy and Power (an Operating Partner role) for the private equity fund Diamond Castle Holdings from 2008-2015. Prior to that Jim lead the turnaround and strategic repositioning of Catamount Energy as a wind-focused growth company culminating in successful exits in 2005 and then again in 2008. Jim has a JD from the University of Houston and a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross.

In addition, Jonathan participated on the board of directors of several portfolio companies and provided strategic and operational leadership to a number of investments. Prior to OMERS, Jonathan was part of the investment banking group at Scotiabank, where he was involved in mandates across industry groups, focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory, and equity and debt financings.

Prior to joining Power Sustainable, he spent 7+ years at Macquarie Asset Management, where he led capital raising for infrastructure credit in North America. Prior to joining Macquarie, Tom worked for Willis Towers Watson as an investment consultant, where he advised institutional clients on liability driven investment strategies. She also completed the Canadian Securities Course certification, showcasing her commitment to excellence in the financial services space. Wendy is multilingual, fluent in both English and Mandarin, with an ongoing commitment to learning French. Beyond her professional achievements, Wendy is a connoisseur of classical and electronic music, a soccer enthusiast, a lover of philosophy, and an avid traveler.
